wHEN WOULD YOU KNOW TO LEAVE A JOB?
OK i JUST GRADUATE FROM COLLEGE LAST YEAR, i TOOK A JOB TEACHING LEARNING DISABLED KIDS, IM MAKING $20,000 A YEAR, BUT I DONT SEE ANY PROGRESS IN THE COMPANY AT ALL, WITH ME BEING THE YOUNGEST WORKER AT THE COMPANY, OTHER EMPLOYEES THINK THEY HAVE TO TALK FOR ME, AND WITH THIS BEING MY FIRST BIG CAREER MOVE RIGHT AFTER COLLEGE, THE BOSS TRIES TO GET ME TO DO HER PAPERWORK AND OTHER WORK NOT IN MY JOB OBJECTIVES AND ALTHOUGH I KNOW HOW TO DO OTHER JOBS, iM A TEACHER, NOT A "WHAT DO U WANT ME TO DO PERSON" IM MAKING $20,000 AND THEY HAVE ME DOING EVERYONE ELSES WORK. WHEN I GET HOME IM DRAINED, AND I HAVENT EVEN DID LESSON PLANS FOR THE NEXT DAY. THE JOB CAN BE ALITTLE OVERWHELMING. WHAT SHOULD I DO? I WANT TO LEAVE, BUT I THINK I SHOULD STAY BECAUSE I JUST STARTED WORKING THERE 8 MONTHS AGO AND I WANT MY RESUME TO LOOK WELL WHEN I LEAVE AND NOT LOOK TO EMPLOYERS LIKE I JUMP FROM JOB TO JOB. WHAT SHOULD I DO? PLEASE SOME ADVICE OR EXPERIENCE?
