You need to dip the mold into slightly warm water, but make sure not to get any water on the chocolate. You need to have flexible molds. If you spray Pam on the mold, you're going to end up with greasy chocolate, so don't do that. And do not, I repeat, DO NOT put waxed paper in the molds, it completely ruins the point of the mold. Make sure it's completely cool. and it you're afraid of getting water on the chocolate-which you should be, because it ruins chocolate- then move it above (way above-if you feel uncomfortable heat-you're too close) a open flame or heat source, but only enough to try to knock the chocolates out of it, you start melting too much of the chocolate, and that'll ruin all the hard work you went to to get it to be pretty anyway. Good luck!!!

Did you layer pieces of wax paper in the mold cups first before pouring in the chocolate...if not do that next time..they pop right on out. And if you hadn't done this, let them cool in the freezer for about 30 minutes...put down wax paper on a clean surface and turn over the molding cups....give them a good smack..and they should come out....Kimmie

Keep it cool first to remove easily then turn the molds upside down to drop in a ready clean foil.

if ur asking this question, ur already 2 late. oil it first, or use a flexible pan. these usually don't stick to anything. also be sure and fully cool the chocolate.
