I would not sleep with someone just because they were cute. Who told you that he has a small penis? Don't believe everything that you hear. I don't believe most of what I hear.

Why is my first option to sleep with him? Shouldn't the question be... "are you still interested in him?" Yes. "Would you date him?" Yes. Sleeping comes after dating and love...
If you're just looking to get laid, then I guess you wouldn't be interested in a small one... unless you're desperate.

If that is important enough for you to ask such a question I would say no, you probably shouldn't.
I'd suggest using more than looks and physical attributes to decide who you sleep with.
