You need to burn the fat that already exists, so exercise is a must...even if it's a brisk 15 minute walk daily.

The fastest way I know of to lose weight is by going on a liquid diet. I don't mean just by drinking water! There are several medically approved "meal replacement" plans to choose from. I am on the Optifast diet and it is great. I lost 16 kilos in the first 3 weeks. It is good for me as it takes the worry out of "food" for a while. If you go on a liquid diet, follow the instructions to the letter. You have to also drink at least 2 litres of water as well. While you are on the liquid diet, take the opportunity to learn all about correct eating habits, nutritious food, exercise etc. There are thousands of sites on the net to help you with that. Good luck.

when you eat less you will lose weight. It will be water weight and then you can start to lose muscle. Not healthy. Because your metabolism will go down. Metabolism is what your body burns when you are active. Also when you eat regular meals you should eat four small meals a day this keeps your metabolism up and helps you lose weight. You should eat healthy foods lean meat like baked chicken, fish pork and beef. remove the skin from the chicken and broil your beef always rinse and drain the fat from the meat. You should be eating lots of steamed vegetables, fruit and fiber like whole grain bread, rice and cereal. And low-fat dairy products. And use healthy oils like extra virgin olive oil and canola oil. You want to lose weight the healthy way This is best for your health. I know for a fact because I have lost 133 pounds and I did it by eating healthy and exercising like walking and aerobics. and weight training. This is the best for you. Good luck!

It IS a possibility, but it will take a LOT of discipline to pull it off. And it wouldn't hurt to have high metabolism as well.

It is not unheard of to lose weight without doing exercise though I strongly suggest for anyone wanting to lose weight to add a bit of it to their 'diet plan.'

The only way to really lose weight (effectively) without exercise is to WATCH WHAT YOU EAT. In other words.... calorie counting. Its a huge hassle, but it DOES work. There are lots of websites, books, and even weight loss programs that teach you how to count your calories.

Again, I have to stress that actual physical exercise is healthier for you and will make the long (long) process of losing weight a little quicker. It's great for your energy levels as well!

Regardless, good luck with whichever method you attempt!

well you really should be exercising but if you are just talking about food i would say make sure not to eat after around maybe seven or eight at night. also its all about making the right choice. for instance if there is cake and ice cream only pick one. its all choices.

You have to excercise to lose weight. You might lose water weight, but nothing else.
