I get those too!!! I don't know what it is. SOmetimes they are lodged in my tonsils and I can get them out with a q-tip, and sometimes they just come up in my throat. I don't know what they are but I have gotten them all my life.

HELLO AMY,
THESE SMALL THINGS ARE CALLED "TONSIL STONES."
THEY ARE MADE UP OF DEAD BACTERIA AND LYMPHATIC FLUID. WHEN YOUR TONSILS BECOME CLOGGED, THESE DEPOSITS START TO BUILD UP AND FORM THESE NODULES.
THESE ARE NOT DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH, BUT CAN BECOME SOCIALLY OFFENSIVE IF THE NODULES ARE CRUSHED BETWEEN YOUR FINGERS.
USING A WATERPIK CAN EASILY AND SAFELY REMOVE THESE.

i know what u mean. my wife used to cough those up. no idea though. my guess is old plaque that collects in a cavity in the throat
they were whitish, formed balls that squish easily and smell bad

sounds like a case of thrush, a yeast infection in the mouth. Folic acid will help with it.
