I think you have a valid question so I'm going to treat it like a valid question even though a lot of people are just using it to express opinion... obviously it is a controversial topic!
Evolution is about a lot more than man forming from primates and it probably would be good for you to learn more about it, even if just for the purpose of arguments like all the other answers here! There is the idea of large-scale Evolution, which involves all the modern species developing and branching off from some ancient common ancestor, and there is the idea of small-scale evolution (little e) that species change and develop new characteristics over time.
Large-scale Evolution is the typical debate involving the origin of life (usually the argument Creation vs. the Big Bang) and there is ultimately no definitive scientific answer that can "prove" either way, though scientists from both sides have interpreted data in ways that make sense. (I personally think that the data makes the most sense in terms of Creation.) Small-scale evolution has been proved to occur in modern species as they adapt to new conditions--not to the extent of fish developing lungs, but in smaller ways. I don't know about a lot of examples but I think developing calloses where your shoes rub your feet is a small-scale adaptation, as is the ability of animals to grow thicker fur in winter.
I hope that helps a little bit. It does seem like there should be an R&S section for this...

I would suggest picking up a scientifically well-regarded book on the topic, and then burning it or spiritedly throwing it at the wall at the first sign of anything that contradicts what you already believe. Then sheepishly return to the Bible and offer it apologies in the form of human or animal sacrifices for testing the waters.
And yes, Religion & Spirituality is the ultimate proving ground for any theory of nature. The whole cumbersome, peer-review process could be avoided if scientists would just take the time to fact check their findings with the bible. If an untold number of researchers witness a phenomenon time and time again, yet cannot find biblical evidence for it, they simply did not witness the phenomenon.
Thus is the logic of the creationist. Amen.

Evolution is a lie. Don't even entertain it. Darwin denied his belief in it before he died. The bible says everything produces after it's own kind. People are not all the same but we are all people not apes. Dogs are not all the same, but they are dogs, not cats. And so forth. Grass is not all the same, but it is grass, not trees. You cannot have life from nothing. There had to be something. That something was God. He always existed. Everything came from Him. No one can prove evolution so try reading the bible. You will have just as much fun believing it.

No because basically that is what it's about, so why learn about something that you don't agree with. You can learn about it just so you won't be ignorant to it, but at the same time, it's of no importance, so I don't think you should. You're not ignorant at all, you want to seek knowledge, but just make sure you focus that on the right kind. Darwin is an idiot for making up that ridiculous theory. Good luck babe!

Life couldn't come from nothing. That's just silly. I believe in spirits...and souls...but as far as religion, I think it was made up just to "scare us straight". They were just books written by people. There is proof of evolution...survival of the fittest. No one will know the true answers until they die! :)

If that's what you think evolution is all about you have more studying to do.
Coming from monkeys is a big misunderstanding.

No, not monkeys - we branched off from apes (chimps, actually) about 6 million years ago. Life from nothing? No. Life from basic molecules? Yes.
You should definitely learn about evolution!
Hey, John D: Did the bible actually say "evolution is false"? That's a new one.

Like I tell all of the stupid athist who beleive that garbage, that yeah I believe they do come from some kind of dumb monkey, but I come from God: my creator, who oviously made me far more superior in intelegence, because I don't belief in a hoax, and theory started by some moron... that usually shuts them up...it kind of makes them really feel stupid to belief what they do.
