Think of something fun or interesting to do, and invite him to do it. Or if you're too shy to do that, ask him to go get some ice cream or coffee with you.
In any case, you're going to have to ask him. Believe me, I wish I had a magic wand to make people ask out other people, but there isn't one :D

don"t be shy. it help alot if a girl ask a guy out. ask him out for dinner is the best line. guys hate asking a girl out because most of them like to play game.

girl all you have to do is show how beaitful you are by woring nice clothes that show off your shape, and having the brains by being smart in staying on top of your game. show how humble of a woman you are in that you love God and put him first in your life. that should work.
