My WMP does not work and keeps giving me the code C00D11B1 with music or vids... any help would be greatly appreciated!!

NO NO don't listen to that other guy. Ok first of all don't use windows media player anymore it uses up a lot of system resources. Go to this website: http://www.cccp-project.net/ and download the codec pack. This is a great codec pack and you'll never get codec problems again. It also comes with two easy to use players. Just use these from now on to watch any videos, it can play music just fine too or you can download and use winamp free version.

Sounds like you have some codec issues. There are many sites that have alot of codec issues. There is a thing called the kazaa lite codec pack if you have xp and the vista codec pack for vista.

thats simple to solve
you need VLC media player for certain files.
it comes with all the codecs already installed to make those hard to play videos easy as pie
