i recently made a flight ticket purchases and i was wondering if anyone knows how do you cancel and get a refund. i tried to go to the webste and they gave me the run around.

Call them, give your reservation number.
It is better to cancel it, and save as credit for next flight, otherwise, you may pay cancellation fee for refund.

Last winter my wife had to cancel a flight due to bad weather. They gave her an option of changing date for another $50.00 or waiting up to 60 days for another $100.00 Otherwise no refund. So your best bet is try for another date. Good luck

Call them...I FLY SWA. S/W offers company credit. Only refundable tix are actually refundable. Have the record locator number handy.

Then call them, you may not get a refund depending on the type ticket you bought!
