Anyone know how to remove the denture adhesive from my mouth after I remove my upper plate, without the 20 minutes of scraping and scrubbing?

If ur dentures are made properly you may not require denture adhesive. Please visit ur Prosthodontist and discuss the problem.

YOU CAN TRY USING LESS GLUE THAN BEFORE AND MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE XEROSTOMIA (aka, dry mouth).
DRINK SUFFICIENT AMOUNTS OF WATER SO THE TISSUES OF YOUR UPPER PALATE ARE NOT S DRY.
