I know he married her off to a Pharaoh-how long they stuck around, it doesn't say but after the Pharaoh gave him some stuff and sent them away, he married her off to some king (it probably is the same guy you're talking about) but it does state in that story that both Sarah and the king said they hadn't touched each other
It seems pretty likely that Sarah & the Pharoah were together long enough and I seriously doubt he wanted to wait until they were married.
It is surprising that in that verse, she's so beautiful the Pharaoh and then a king couldn't resist her but all of a sudden, she claims to be too old to have children. Hmmm.
Edit: Oh, yeah. I forgot. she was also Abraham's half sister so he probably would have used that to defend his 'lie' when he told them it was his sister. Gee. No wonder he's the guy three religions who think they're so moral look up to.

By letting King Abimelech take Sarah away from him Abraham was trying to protect his own life. Had it been known that Sarah was his wife, Abraham might have been killed by the Philistines in order that they might take Sarah forcibly away from him for the sexual pleasures of King Abimelech. Sarah was the half sister of her husband Abraham and he and she had agreed that in this enemy territory in Canaan she should always say that he was her brother so that there would be no reason or excuse to kill Abraham in order to get his wife. So King Abimelech took Sarah away on the understanding that she was merely the sister and not the wife of Abraham.

You need to read your Bible. Abraham didn't give Sarai to anyone. The Pharoah's men took her, as was the custom. Abraham only said he was her brother so that Pharoah wouldn't kill him.
