Spelling is a little off:

Gloria in excelsis Deo

Translation is 'Glory to God in the highest' or 'Glory to God on high'.

The carol is "Angels We Have Heard on High'

OMG...how weird for you to ask...I don't know the answer BUT, my daughter who is 14 months old has me sing that to her repeatedly throughout the day...as soon as I stop, she claps and starts yelling at me....it is hilarious! My neighbors must think I'm nuts! I'll be curious to see what the answer is so, I know what I'm singing to my baby girl!
