i recently got a fringe that kind of connects to the rest of my hair like and upside down U and it fully covers me eyes now >:(

NO NO NO!!!!!
I'm a hairdresser and you can see it a mile away when somebody cut their own fringe.
Rather let a hairdresser do it.

No no no no no! Fringe is tricky! Besides, cutting hair with regular scissors will cause split ends. This is because regular scissors are dull and leave tiny jagged edges on the hair shaft. A hair stylist will have the sharp scissors that make a clean, smooth cut.
Get ye to a salon!

i would say no most of the time a fringe is blended to the rest f the hair and if u cut it it may make the haircut look totally different. if u like the cut still but not the bangs most stylist wont charge you but 3 or 4 dollars. i would say go somewhere so you dont mess up your cut
