sure anything that has calories will it just depends on how much of it you eat.

Here try this website and type in the type of crackers, cheese and quantity that you consumed. It will calculate how much fat and calories you just ate.

Its not as much what you eat as how much. If you eat too much saltine crackers you will also get high blood pressure from the salt. Everything in moderation is the solution.

Cheese is essentially pure fat.
So it depends on what else you have in your diet.
Its the total amount of calories consumed that matter.
But I wouldnt reccomend not eating all day to have a few cheese and crackers.

No,nothing will make you fat as long as you burn up more calories than you take in.Actually its healthy food just happens to have two much salt together and calories.So in moderation is fine.

It really depends on how much you eat them. Too much sodium (in the salt) will be fattening. The cheese is fattening too. Just watch how much you eat them daily!
