I need tips for weight loss, some fast ones......ughhhhhhhhhh..Please help!

if you lose fast it means all you lost was water weight and muscle and slowed down metabolism and will gain it all back making contribution to yo-yo cycle and having higher body fat percentage.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Large meals are actually quite hard on the system and cause later complications you really don't want to contend with later in life. It is an over expenditure of useful energies and does not allow for proper digestion or proper consumption of key nutrients to replenish energies used. Though results might be seen fairly fast as suggested, they are due to do more harm than good. That being said may I suggest, balanced, small portion meals, around 5 or 6 times a day along with exercise and try not to eat after 6pm until you have conditioned your body to this diet and exercise. Stay positive and stay focused and you should see great things start to happen. Please keep in mind that a safe measure of weight loss is only 2 and a half pounds a week so there is no real safe way to drop it too fast so always consider your health. Tomorrow could very well be the reminder of what we did today, so once again always consider your health. Best of luck and I hope I have helped in some way.

I tried Proactol and lost 11 pounds in a month. Some people experience side effects but I didn't.

I still recommend excercise 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes of light jogging or walking.

Well you should maybe try excersizing as in running/jogging/biking. Slim fast. Join a gym. Eat foods with less fattening stuff in it like junk food and switch to healthy stuff

dont skip any meals!! Eat healthy good sized meals with no snacks except fruit. eat organic. To see results you dont need to excercise like a maniac but enough to sweat, you're going to want to check with your doctor first becaause these are things that worked for me but its a good thing i checked with my doc about excercise! I had to start out slow so i could strenghten my heart. Good Luck!

have your big meals in this order:

1 Big Breakfast
1 Big Late Lunch
No dinner

Mix it up with exercise and youll see results instantly.

When you eat late you dont give your organism time to burn the calories off.
