I've heard many say, "christianity is the truth for YOU"
There is no "The truth for you."
2+2=4 is a truth. This is not subject to interpretation.
One can say I don't believe you have the truth but truth is just what it is, truth.
Christianity has a rich history which started with the jews at the beginning of time. The bible is filled with historical facts that Archaeologists use and has been proven very reliable. We have over 5000 documented ancient findings of scripture, many in different languages, all the same. WE have the dead sea scrolls to prove this also. The Vatican just bought 2 gospels dating 90 ad, the same as we have today. There is prophesies that has come to pass from the bible that proves it's reliability. Over 300 just for the man Jesus.
We have non christian evidence of Jesus from Tacitus and Josephus both historians. And a Governor named Pliny the Younger who all wrote about "Christos" and his followers the Christan's.
Archaeologists have found the tomb of Caiaphas who was the Pharisee that brought Jesus to trial.
Jesus WAS a real person who was an historical figure. Even well read Atheists KNOW this.
We have eye witnesses who had every thing to loose by claiming to be a follower of Jesus. Why? When Jesus was killed they scattered. Afraid. BUT when they saw he was resurrected they became bold. Why?
Since the bible is reliable, and Jesus WAS here you must decide.
Was he a nut? A liar, Or who he claimed to be.

Christians think that because Jesus said:
"I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one goes to the Father but by ME."
And from the book of Acts:
Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
We believe what Jesus said. And we pray for people who don't know Jesus yet, that they will come to know him and be saved. Jesus REALLY wants them in heaven (he was willing to die for it), and so do we.

I am not happy about followers of other faiths going to hell and God isn't either. He has offered a Way...if this really bothers you ....that hindus will perish...then do something about it...spend the rest of your life in ministry to them....with the Spirit you have a special burden...I don't have this burden so I honor you for your gift...come to Christ...devote yourself to the Hindu or the Buddhist...find true joy and prove your burden in love...or you can just beeeatch about it the rest of your life and/or find a comfy philisophical corner to paint yourself into...what do you want out of this life?

Best Aregument in the world, According to that logic Ghandi is in Hell. Come on Ghandi he didnt hurt a fly and did more good than most people on earth ever have. So if i go to hell at least Ghandi will be there. We can have salt marches and starve ourselves. I think me and Ghandi could become some pretty good buds if i get all eternity.

God does not leave it to us to decide to goes to heaven or not. God set the mark for us to reach. No one has reached it except Jesus. He died for our wickedness. Again God's perception. If you decide not to except His (Jesus) gift of being made clean then yes hell is the only place you can go. God does not look upon sin, If Jesus is not able to claim you as His, God can not look upon you. Again God's mark. He loves us so much He gave us a way to reach Him, Jesus is that way.

God has shown me the Bible is true.
He has told us not to judge others. I will leave judging to God (as though I have a choice).
