I run my best when I'm annoyed or mad. Hence why I use it to get rid of stress.

I'm with you, Clover .... after a lousy day at work, I find it easier to go out and pound out faster miles. I think, in my case, it helps me to focus rather than letting my mind drift. Plus, in that state of mind, I don't have a problem inflicting some pain and suffering on my quads.

Good question...

adrenaline burst.

usually brought on by someone hate, slight madness, and a bit of ambtion.

also run real fast when more than 2 arabs are chasing me. they usually have knives. I can take down 2 tho... not more.

Shame

I run my best when I am with someone who is faster then me. It just brings out the best in me and forces me to work harder then usual. I LOVE IT!!!

Probably when I'm angry at someone, it allows me to drift off from how many miles I need to run.

I'm normally angry when I run my best. Like you, it helps me alleviate my stress. When I'm finished I feel 100% better.
