dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First of all...there is no such thing as "fat" bones. What you mean to say could probably be "dense".
With regards to your question...aren't you glad that you have a healthy bone? Bone density is a proxy measurement for bone strength. Although there are some cases where bone density is a poorer indicator of strength.
Anyway, there is no way that you can make your bones get smaller. The only thing I can suggest to is for you to make yourself "look thin". You know what I mean? Am I getting in to you? Look thin visually.
Wear clothes that are flattering. Do not wear clothes that have horizontal stripes. Wear vertical ones instead.
