I think that this means that if God gives you a great thing or great opportunity, than you shouldn't waste it. You should make the best of it and be happy with it. Don't throw away a great thing/opportunity! =]

What kind of ticket? A movie ticket? I guess if it was a movie I wanted to see I'd go since it was free.
If it was a train ticket I'd probably verify it was real first, and then only use it if it was someplace I wanted to go to and it fit my schedule.
In either case I'd be surprised to receive a ticket from God since I thought he was about as real as the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

i think it means that like if u have a chance for a great oppritunity u better not pass it by because then u will never be able to get the oppritunity again. if god gave u a great oppritunity(ticket) you better take it(dont throw it away). if u have a great chance at something big or exciting take it because u might not get the chance again.
