I realize it was Muhammad that came up with this (in hadith, not Koran), but Allah gave him the right. And did this idea come to him before or after he married a little girl? Could there be a connection?

azim - I said it was in hadith and not Koran so that means it's recommended but not mandatory. But why only some hair removed and not others? Why not eyebrows? Why not beards? Don't they get dirty too?

This is from islamonline.com -
“The fitrah consists of five things: circumcision, trimming the moustache, cutting the nails, plucking the armpit hairs and shaving the pubic hairs” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim.)

I thought Bukhair and Muslim were strong hadiths. That's what Muslims say.

Excellent question! Pretty much shows some of the nonsense of Islam.

God bless!

The real question is: did Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) even say that?
The Quran is from Allah alone.
The hadith is a book mostly formed by the opinions of others.

why? we dont need to ask why Allah ask us to do this and that.. Allah is the creator and of course the Creator knows best what He created. as a creation, i cant think why Allah created things, for what purpose? how? and how Allah look like? if i think about it carefully, i might be insane. because my mind doesnt reach that level. human knowledge just like the size of bacteria compared to The Creator's knowledge which is like the sea. ask our selves, are we qualify enough to question the God's commands? if we obey what Allah has told us to do, we wont lose anything instead we will receive the rewards. so, dear questioner be a wise man. accept Allah as your God and Prophet Muhammad SAW as the Messenger of Allah and you will be success. i'm sorry if any of my words hurt you. i ask Allah to guide you and me.
