Some Celtic Gods/Goddesses I'm interested in are:

Ariadne: "(Continental European) This Goddess of ancient Crete is the only Greek deity known to have been worshipped in Celtic Gaul. Her name is derived from the genus name for the spider, arachnid. In one of the few threads of extant Celtic creation myths, Ariadne spins the universe from the primordial darkness like a spider spins her web, a theme with echoes in the creation myths of many other cultures. Therefore this particular myth strikes many scholars and Pagans as being very un-Celtic, and it may have been a remnant of Indian mythology brought with the Celts on their long journey across the European Continent."

Morgan LeFay: "(Welsh) Welsh death-goddess; Morgan the Fate. Glamorgan in Wales is said to be her sacred territory. She can cast a destroying curse on any man. Gawaine of the Round Table bore Morgan's pentacle as a heraldic device on his blood-red shield. She was the daughter of LeFay, a glamorous Welsh sea Goddess. As the half-sister of King Arthur, she possibly was once a Goddess of Glastonbury Tor, a sacred pagan site intimately associated with the Arthurian myths. Archetypally, Glastonbury functions as a gateway to the Otherworld."

The Triple Goddess: "(Pan-Celtic) The Triple Goddess is known and worshipped in Pagan cultures the world over. She is eternal, yet always changing. Like the moon which represents her, she shows a different face throughout her eternal cycle, yet she is always the same moon. At once she's the Maiden, Mother, and Crone, the creatrix who births all things into being, who devours all at its ending, and who provides life anew when the cycle begins again."

Arawen: "(Welsh)He was the King of the Underworld. His name means "silver-tongued". "King of Hell", "God of Annwn""

Dylan: "(Welsh) God of the Sea. Son of Gwydion and Arianrhod. His symbol was a silver fish."

Cernunnos: "(Pan-Celtic) [KER-noo-nos] Known to all Celtic areas in one form or another. The Horned God; God of Nature; God of the Underworld and the Astral Plane; Great Father; "the Horned One". The Druids knew him as Hu Gadarn, The Horned God of fertility. He was portrayed sitting in a lotus position with horns or antlers on his head, long curling hair, a beard, naked except for a neck torque, and sometimes holding a spear and shield. His symbols were the stag, ram, bull, and horned serpent. Sometimes called Belatucadros and Vitiris. Virility, fertility, animals, physical love, nature, woodlands, reincarnation, crossroads, wealth, commerce, warriors. Cernunnos is a Greek name, one of the many names of the European Great Horned God. Whatever his original Celtic name might have been has been lost to history."

I noticed that there are some good suggestions which were given thumbs down and some bad information and half truths with thumbs up. Cunningham is the best author for beginners. Deities will let themselves be known when you are ready. Most of the ancient deities were put into a mythology category by the monotheistic religions. We HONOR not WORSHIP Deities. Most Wiccans can't legally accept anyone under 18 years due to some Christian parents declaring a Wiccan group as brain washers even though the children in question sought out the group to learn more about the beliefs. The group did not recruit. True Wiccans never recruit. Also not all Wiccans do Spells, Witches do spells. A Witch can be any religion (or none) that he or she wishes because to do spells you need neither Religion, Deities nor the Christian Devil to do them. It takes at least a year to study and decide if the religion is right for you, You can then dedicate yourself to the study of religion you take a year more to decide which path to follow. At this time you can actually start taking classes and join a group to study under. If you have specific questions I would be happy to answer them.

Those Who Practice Magic Arts

Webster defines magic as: 1 a: the use of means (as charms or spells) believed to have supernatural power over natural forces b: magic rites or incantations
2 a: an extraordinary power or influence seemingly from a supernatural source b: something that seems to cast a spell

The bible says, “Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD, and because of these detestable practices the LORD your God will drive out those nations before you. You must be blameless before the LORD your God.” (Deuteronomy 18:9-13) No one that does these things will be blameless before God. God cannot look upon these acts. These acts are for the wicked. These acts are practices that the bible says not to do.

He sacrificed his own son in the fire, practiced sorcery and divination, and consulted mediums and spiritists. He did much evil in the eyes of the LORD, provoking him to anger. (2 Kings 21:6) When people practice magic arts, then they are doing evil in the site of God. When people do evil, they provoke God to anger. When God is angry he pours out his wrath on you. You will not be blessed, but you will be cursed.

Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. (Revelation 22:5) This verse is comparing everyone who practices evil with dogs. Bible says magic arts are a false practice. When this verse is saying outside, it is talking about being outside of heaven. People who practice magic arts will not enter into the gates of heaven.

But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death." (Revelation 21:8) All who practice magic arts will go to the lake of fire (HELL). This is what the bible calls the second death. God will judge all the wicked. The wicked will be judge at the white throne judgment.

If you are one of the people who practice magic arts God will forgive you. Just repent and turn from your wickedness.
