In Psalm 90 Moses wrote: “In themselves the days of our years are seventy years; and if because of special mightiness they are eighty years, yet their insistence is on trouble and hurtful things; for it must quickly pass by, and away we fly.” (Ps. 90:10) Many have wondered how Moses could write this since he himself lived beyond that age. According to Deuteronomy 34:7: “Moses was a hundred and twenty years old at his death. His eye had not grown dim, and his vital strength had not fled.”
This actually presents no serious problem. Though we do not know Moses’ age when he composed this psalm, evidently from what he observed he knew that seventy years was a full life, and eighty years was beyond the normal. Clearly, most of the adult Israelites of the generation that came out of slavery in Egypt were not particularly long-lived. Those over twenty years of age at the time of the exodus perished by the end of the forty years of wandering.

"That this book (Deuteronomy) was written by Moses there can be no doubt, from (Deu_1:1), only the eight last verses, which give an account of his death, and of his character, were wrote by another hand, equally inspired by God, as either Eleazar the priest, as some, or Samuel the prophet, as others; or, as it is the more commonly received opinion of the Jews, Ezra; though it is highly probable they were wrote by Joshua his successor."

Moses never wrote about his own death that's simply nonsense, most of all scripture is based on exaggeration superstition, and mythical legends, you have to realize that man lived in a time that an eclipse meant the world was coming to an end, he created a God to appease him self, by an offering of someone or something, the world was such wonder that he looked to the heavens for answers he never got, because he simply became more intelligent that's all, and in today's world he simply hangs on to the mythical insanity of ancient times.
