Amazing the answers justifying the homosexual act, which is an abomination with God.
Where does the Bible say we have the right to continue sinning?
Hebrews 10:26
For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
If you continue to sin, KNOWING it rebels you against God, not even the Cross will cover this sin. Only repentance, confession, forgiveness and living holiness does the Blood os Jesus cover your sins.

Actually, the Bible lays out a lot of sins that most of us commit on a daily basis. I have gay family members who are great people who do good things in this troublesome world. If God wants to punish them for not denying their sexuality, why don't we let God do that? Are you worried about homosexuals because you are honestly worried that they won't get into heaven? If so, maybe you could try to make personal connections with them. Maybe volunteering for an AIDS charity would be a good start. After all, not helping God's children is a sin, and despising God's children is a sin.
I also hope you don't curse, wear gold jewelry, debate, complain, neglect to give charity (especially to homeless people), drink liquor, smoke cigarettes, or have a tattoo. All are sins in the Bible.

Leviticus is quite clear on homosexuality. However Christians today are not bound by the rules and rituals described in Leviticus. (Galatians 3:22-25) If Christians today insist on using this passage to condemn homosexuality, then they are also bound by the other rules and rituals described in Leviticus.
1. Shaving Lev. 19:27
2. Eating shrimp Lev. 11:10
3. Tattoos Lev. 19:28
4. Work on the Sabbath Lev. 19:30
5. Polyester (mixed cloth) Lev. 19:19
6. Eating bunnies Lev. 11:6
7. Hamburgers Lev. 17:10
8. Vegetable Gardens Lev. 19:19
How do people who shave justify that they are Christians and that they will go to heaven?

You are correct in saying acting on gay tendencies is a sin.
But let me ask you this, Do you lust after a women that isn't your wife? Then you are an adulterer and the bible says adulterers do not enter into heaven.
Do you hate in your heart? Then you are a murderer and murderers do not enter heaven.
Have you ever once stole something? Then you are a thief.
Etc etc.
"ALL sin and fall short of God's glory" Yes, homosexuality Is a sin but I sin and you sin so who's to say you are any better? I'm not.
I guess we ALL need to get on our knees and repent eh?
Can Jesus love the Homosexual? YES! Can he forgive them? YES. God wants all to be saved. I do worry about gay bashing (used to be one) until God showed me a some things. He lead me to a man that was suicidal because of his homosexuality. My heart went out to him.
Just be careful brother OK?
God bless,

As a Christian I am aware of what the Bible says about homosexuality. I also know that when Jesus died for our sins, He died for everyone's. I believe that John 3:16 say "For God so loved the world that HE gave His only begotten Son that WHOSOEVER BELIEVES on Him shall be saved." Let's quit judging others for their lifestyle and start showing the love of God. I am sure people in general are tired of being berated for this or that and being told that they are wrong by Christians. Sometimes when you stand for Jesus, you need to do just that, and let God do the rest. Peace

the weak and sinful (all of us, really) are forgiven. Sin can be washed away by God's grace. What the Bible calls sin is pretty clear, so I will not debate that. The bottom line is people are forgiven of their sins, many of which are much worse than being gay. However, I do believe that God does expect us not to dwell and revel in our sin because we think we are forgiven. That has none of the modesty or humbleness of a Christian heart.

Yes, the bible is very clear on the 'do's and dont's'.
However, I don't believe that you go to hell for doing something the Bible says don't do. Confessing and repenting from sin is how God forgives, but he can only forgive if you repent with the intention to 'sin no more'.
If sin automatically means that you're not a Christian, then ALL of us would have been cast out of the kingdom of heaven a long time ago.
I was taught that the only way you go to hell is if you don't accept Jesus Christ and your Lord and Savior.

A homosexual will not enter Heaven even if they think they will . Those are the deceived and they will not be in Heaven. If they repent and allow God to change them, then they will enter Heaven. Many sins are also forgiven and many people will not enter Heaven because of other types of sin, but once you are saved by the Grace of God through the blood of Jesus Christ you are saved and God has forgiven all your sin, even if you can not change, but if the person is saved they will want to change for the love they have for God. It is very simple, and they that want change will have change. It is something many people will not understand and wait for God to change them, and He will, but many people will change themselves of their own free will and that God delights in. It is why the world is still here I suspect, because some do change by their own free will and allow God to help them resist temptation.

True enough however homosexuality is a sin and ALL sins were forgiven at the cross so I personally say all they need is Jesus Christ as their personal LORD GOD and SAVIOR and as it is written with God all things are possible. So I being a sinner myself however not a homosexual cannot throw the first stone.

Uh, well they have as much right to believe whatever they want as you do. Straight people who call themselves saved Christians cheat their taxes, have extra marital sex, cheat on their spouses, slack off on their jobs, heck for that matter, speed in their cars and drink too much. All sins. Yet nobody is getting all bent out of shape saying those people can't call themselves Christians, right? Who are you to judge if someone's elses 'sins' are too bad for forgiveness? That's treading thin ice.
