BMI isn't accurate. It doesn't account for your muscle and fat. Neither does this chart, but it's what you asked for. It gives you a range, and is somewhat helpful.

there is none, this was not a chart designed by a doctor but by a mathematician to give relation of height to mass. It has not been updated since it was developed

You need to calculate you Body mass Index. I've put a link to the Center for Diease Control BMI calculator in the references.

generally it is safe to say that at 5' 100 lbs is ideal. then you add 5 pounds for every inch over 5'. of course this depends on whether you are male or female.

look up BMI index
this will give u an idea of what is nomal, overweight, obese,
unless u are made of muscle, in which case BMI is no good

that bmi chart crap is crap i am 5'2 and 127 pounds and i am very lean and have very low body fat! bmi chart says its almost overweight! look at my pic what do you think

For every 5ft. you should be 95-105 pounds
