NO!

Calphalon is a name brand and they do carry teflon coated products, however the signature Calphalon items that they are known for are infused anodized aluminum.

The aluminum is bathed in a strong base, usually sodium hydroxide (lye) washed, and then dipped in a strong acid, in Calphalon's case that would be sulfuric acid, while in the acid bath a strong electrical current is run through the bath to allow for uniform, deep anodization.

Ask any serious chef and they will tell you they prefer anodized cookware in lieu of Teflon coated cookware.

No, they're not the same.

Caphalon is a brand name of cookware, some of which is non-stick finished (but not necessarily teflon-coated). Teflon is a brand name of a type of coating that makes a pan non-sticking.

Caphalon is actually a very fine brand of cookware.
