I have a cat with 4 kitties. They are like 3 weeks old. Today we found out with my mom that the kitties were not in the place were they had always been. After some reasearch, we found them in the living room behind some courtains! Then we took them back to their original place but the cat herself took them back!
What should i do? i cant let them there, my parents dislike animals inside the house.
Are they in danger out there? or why does the mom take them inside? Is it normal? is it common? They are protected of the rain by a roof...

The cats kittens need to be left where she is taking them. The mother cat will only take her babies to a place she herself feels safe. I would not recommend putting her and her babies outside, there is too much danger for them with as little as they are. Your parents should be understanding in this situation.

The momma cat is trying to find a place to keep the kittens that she feels is safe. Being outdoors, as a general rule, is very dangerous for kittens. There are a lot of predators out there, including male cats, who may not be very nice to them if they found them.

My suggestion is to find a decent sized cardboard box with fairly high sides and find a quiet place to put it where it is elevated off the ground and protected from rain and other weather issues, but momma cat can still get to it. Put a blanket or towel in the box to make it warm and cozy for the kittens, and be sure to put food and water near the box so the momma cat doesn't have to go far from the babies. Helping to provide her with a safe refuge for her babies may keep her from moving them again.

On average, only 2-5% of the cats that come into US shelters each year find homes. I volunteer at an animal shelter and have personally seen reports of 150-200 cats and kittens euthanized in a month because of overpopulation. I can tell that you care about cats - PLEASE spay or neuter your cat as soon as possible as well as her kittens once they're old enough (or ask the people adopting the kittens to do so).

yes the kittens are in danger outside. male adult cats sometimes eat young defenseless kittens. yous parents should know this and should allow the kittens in the home. if anything at least donate a bedroom or bathroom or even laundry room or garage to the kittens to keep them out of harsh winter weather thats coming up and to keep them safe from dogs and other cats

Let the mama cat do what she wants to do with them! And get her spayed as soon as possible.

It is the mama kitties choice. Pick were she picks, she is in charge. If you put them in a different place odds are she wont know where they are or she will hide them from you!
