i'm wondering if it's correct sentence ?
1.
he gave it to them 2 days after the teacher had handed it out to the students.

( what I want to say is, the teacher handed out the papers on 10th, and he gave the paper to them on 12th.{2days later})

Your English sentence is correct (I assume it is contextual in meaning) but it is true you need to capitalize the first letter in written sentences and any number less than 10 I believe should be written out in word form.

It is not correct English. Like the person before me said, it needs to be capitalized, and "2", needs to be a full word.

It actually doesn't make sense to me. If the teacher handed out the papers on the 10th, is he handing out the same paper on the 12th? And who is "he" and why is he important?

The teacher gave the papers to them two days after he had handed them out to the (other) students. (One rule to remember - if a number can be expressed in a single word, use the word. Otherwise, use the numeral.)

It makes more sense if the first time you mention the subjusct of the sentence (the teacher), you specify who it is, rather than using the pronoun ("he").

You should say "the students" first, and then "them," so your reader will know who "they" are.

Also, if the two "it"s are referring to two different things, you should specify at least one of them.

example: The teacher gave the signature form to the students two days after he had handed the papers to them.

It's perfectly fine, except it needs a capital letter at the start of the sentence.
