I'm really interestend in the Bible Code. I honestly don't care if it's true I'm just trying to feed my fetish. What are the predictions and dates? I know there's supposed to be an asteroid hitting somewhere around nowish but when? And I know California is supposed to have a earthquake that's also nowish but further away. When are these two particualar things supposed to happen?

Have you purchased either of the Bible Code books? The first one was a NY Times best seller a couple of years ago.
I'm the same as you. I think you can find similar codes in any long book. However, I think it's a lot of fun to read about it.
Also, have you seen the History channel special on the Bible Code? Really cool actually. There was a lot of what you see on this message board......

.1st there is no real bible code and don't get pulled into it .There is no prophecy about Calif.There will be some thing from out of the sky asteroid ?? but it will be called worm wood, meaning I believe poison.. Now the biggies wont happen till after the taking up of the (Church ) meaning believers in Christ ...Some call it the rapture and others laugh. But if you look close and read with an open heart and mind you can see the prophecy's and how the world is today compared to them. Starting with the nation of Israel , Then how we are headed to 1 world govt and money with the building up of the Old Roman Empire now known as the E U . Its all there starting in Daniel and going into Revelation . But after chapt 4 in revelation the church is no longer mentioned Now no one knows the time or the day that the church is going up , But after that I wouldnt want to be around

there is the Mayan calendar end of the world thing that happens december 23, 2012
I've heard of a meteor hitting in 2030 after it flies by us the year before and has its course knocked off by our gravitational pull
I don't know if the Bible codes talk about this though, these are just separate things I've heard

Actually, the method used by the Bible Codists was in fact used on Moby Dick a couple of years ago. It worked. This "code" can be applied to any work of literature and produce results.People are going to believe what they want to believe.

i know that the bumble bees will have to die this winter, it we are all to die. Einstien said 4 years after the bees die the world will end, which would place it in 2012. So.... i cant wait tell next summer to see if we all die.
PS 1/3 of bees died last winter
