A Resounding NO! to this question....Pregnancy is not a requirement for legal residency in the US contrary to popular belief...this country doesnt need nor want anymore illegitimate babies that the taxpayers have to support......

Only if that Pregnant woman decides to merry the Illegal Immigrant, and if they can prove to be married or have been living together for 3 years or so. The baby helps to show that you are a real couple since a lot of women do go and asks an illegal to pay her for his green card and they act as if they are a real married couple, I mean they get married and everything, but they don't even know 1 thing about each other...lol...

Nope, that doesn't work anymore. If you deny you are an illegal when arrested, you can be banished though.

Edit:

"I think the illegal still would need to marry the woman...

Anyone wanna marry a Canadian? pm me lol"

If an illegal comes to the U.S. and marries an American, he or she can still be deported because they never legally came into the U.S..

you are seriously being used!!!. Do yourself a favor girl, get out while you still have a chance. Ask yourself this question? "Would I stand there and let a Pitt Bull chew off my arm, then pet its head after he took my leg, too?" Mexicans are a vicious breed of leeches. Be smart, stay away from quicksand.

No you would still have to go through the process, and to you need to be married for at least 2 years to before you can become an resident. They do check to make sure you aren't trying to trick the system.

No, but the child that is is born from either and illegal or the American who is pregnant in the USA is automatically a citizen. It is not right either way, but who is to stop such methods of corruption these days.

I hope not and if someone is stupid enough to get pregnant by an illegal then they get what they deserve and dont come crying when they get deported. They will then go back to their wife and kids in whatever country they came from.
