Ebay.de and babelfish - you can translate into german then search ebay.de (ebay germany) and see the more common names of what you are looking for with pictures.Car jargon in germany versus the basic english to german translation may not directly translate because many english names for car parts are slang terms - for example - 5 spd tranny = 5 gang getriebe = german for 5 spd gear box, shock absorber = stoßdämpfer (or stossdampfer) = german for damper (or literally impact damper / absorber), etc.
