i would say gatorade or jsut plain cold icy water always hits the spot 2

I always drink gatorade, powerade, lemonade, or water-ade (lol). As long as you stay hydrated and replace the vitamins and minerals you lost, you're good to go.

Also, eat a good protein and carb meal within an hour after finishing your work-out as this is the optimum time for your body to refuel.

The best thing to drink is probrably chocolate milk..or gatorade..vitimin water..anything along those lines.

right directly after i get done runnin i drink water.... then I drink gatorade..... my coach told me that chocolate milk was really good to drink after a race.

or sports drinks like gatorade
(vitamin water does not count as a sports drink)
