If you don't have trust, you have nothing! How can you be with someone you don't trust, you will spend days wondering, being confused, second guessing, thinking twice, being depressed, what ifs and all the rest of it. There is no such thing as a happy, lasting, loving relationship without trust, that is thr foundation it is all built upon and if you dont have it you have nothing but an empty box with hope.

Look into why there is no trust and resolve the issues or else it's time to move on.
Find out for yourself why you have trouble trusting before you start a new relationship so you can tackle it head on.
Couples counseling can help too.

You either deal with the constant paranoia and fights or you get out. It is so hard to rebuild trust in a relationship.

its time to reevaluate and consider breaking up --- if you cant trust each other then why bother --- if you can build or rebuild the trust then yes its worth saving --- because you both want it to work ---- best wishes
