First have some need or desire for change and improvement in the conditions of your life and the people you care about.
Read and study the basic books and lectures (in chronological sequence is best). Then apply this knowledge and technology of life to yourself and others.
It's as simple as that.

A Scientologist. 1. one who betters the conditions of himself and the conditions of others by using Scientology technology.

you won't like it. for me it was all about getting your money. some of their services cost 300 dollars an hour, so i quit going.
