I'd probably hate you too if you said that to me every time I pooped my diaper. Thank God I can change my own diaper. To answer your question; he's probably just embarrassed or he knows that he is going to be taunted so he may as well start bawling right away and get it over with.

You should not be taunting him for his mistakes. You should teach him that when he needs to poop, tell you so you can take him to the restroom that way he won't have it in his diaper. And rewards him when he does that. Be a good older sibling to your brother.

Oh no, don't tease him like that. He is still a baby, just change him. It is not his fault, when he is ready he will go to the potty. He is crying because he wants you to change his diaper, and next time be nice about it. Remember, you were his age, once. Someone had to change you.
