From a physics point of view the answer is no since the wall does not move. From a biological point of view where the force being exerted by your muscles is consuming energy there is work done.

So in the physical world that does not count as work and the conventional answer is NO.

no because a wall pushes back the same amount of force you push upon it.

You would be encountering "resistance", which is work in itself.
