I would strongly suggest a hotline to speak to someone. Even though you may not be suicidal, they can deal with depression and other issues.

Above and beyond that, go to a counselor for more talk therapy to assist you. Make sure you are eating healthy, exercise daily (take a walk, etc.) and doing things to uplift you instead of putting you into a more depressed mood. This takes some effort on your part, you have to really push yourself. You can do it. Take care.

i'm interested in studying psychology next year and i love to study and analyse people, if i havn't freaked you out yet my email is nomarblenogarble@hotmail.com, add me and i'll talk to you when ever i can. hehe i'm depressed too. yeh just have to find a habbit or two that you can occupy yourself with when yeh feelin really down, i have about three different jounals and two novels going at the moment. depression creates powerful emotions, why not use them?
