this only happens in the morning and no im not prego. its just that when i wake up im a bit dizzy and im gagging and by the time i get to school i have a headache. and ive been getting this alot lately.

I get dizzy like that all the time. I just don't have the headaches. I went to my doctor and he said I needed to drink more water and take vitamins. I went to my female doctor and she said that it was hormonal cause it was happening around the times of my period. She suggested some herbal stuff.

No, this is not normal of course. You may have low blood sugar, do you eat anything healthy for breakfast? That would be the first place to start.
When was your last physical, you may want to have your thyroid checked and get your blood work done too.
What is in your room? Is it clean or full of dust, clothing laying around, never aired out? Did you recently get new carpeting, bedding, furniture? Those things out gas and you may be allergic to them.
Continue a process of elimination until your symptoms dissapear.

Best to see a doctor, as that is not normal. I would suggest a vitamin defficiency as a possible cause, but a doctor can run blood tests and tell you for sure.

It could be caused by stress or social anxiety. Go to a doctor to rule out physical causes. Than get meds to reduce anxiety if necessary.
