dose ink have a harder time keeping its color in pale folks because ive had one of mine recolored and it still looks like crap

ummm, no. it really has to do with the tattoo artist and their skill and nothing to do with the paleness of the skin. i have pale skin and have a lot of friends with very pale skin and none of their tattoos look like what you are describing. you should look into changing artists.

Okay, if you got that tattoo on the underside of your finger, that tattoo would fade..Your tattoo artist should know this and should of advised you against it. If it is on the top side of your finger..then that is not normal and you should go back to the shop and discuss with the artist about how he fcuked up and what he can do to fix it.. Before you do that though, did you properly care for your tat?? Did you pick at it any?? Because picking at a tattoo will indeed fade away all the ink and leave a scar.

I am just about as pale as they come, and I have had no problems keeping color in any of my tattoos. All of my tattoos are also very crisp with clean lines. Talk to your artist about it, or try a new artist. Good luck.

my boyfriend has tattoos and after he gets them done he puts vaseline on them everynight. you should do the same. it makes the ink stay and not fade. hes white, so the answer to you keeping the color question, is no. they dont have a harder time keeping color.

you prob didnt take care of it how you should have! Sounds like you need it to be redone! If it was me i would also look for a new artist! I would ask around and find a well known artist! you usually get what you pay for in a tatt.

some people just don't take ink real well you might be one of them.But ink don't run.so it sounds more like you just went to a crappy tattooist find a another tattooist before you have ant more work done.
