If it is a late model wreck, like less than 5 years old or so, you might get a better deal at an auto junkyard that sells off the parts. If it is old and only good for the crusher, and it needs to be towed to the place, the best deal you'll usually get is somebody will haul it off without charging you. If you can get it there yourself you might get 50-100 bucks for it depending on the market conditions.

Junk cars are a very low grade of scrap because there is a lot of plastic, rubber, glass etc mixed with the metal and requires extra work on the part of the junkyard to remove fuel tank, battery, drain fluids etc. before crushing.

Scrap yard might not want it because they have to trash all the plastic/upholstery and they need to sort the metal which is all bolted together. I have heard a junk yard will give you 50-100$. Look on Craigslist some people will come and get it for scrap or sell it for parts.

Depends on the metal. A junk car fetches around 25 cents per hundred pounds.

A wrecking yard might give you a hundred bucks for it, assuming that they come and get it.
