I'm not a christian but I believe it's perfectly ok not to feel sorry for someone when they die. If you don't feel sorry then you don't feel sorry. There isn't anything you can do about it. I don't feel sad when people die, I just think it's a normal part of life that everyone will go through, there's no use to feel sorry for them, I'm sure they dont feel any sorrow for being dead, they probably dont feel anything at all.

"Sorry" is a feeling, not a sin. There may be reasons why one does not feel sorry for someone who dies, but it is not sin not to feel sorry when someone dies.
Sin is breaking the decalogue. However, the New Testament Bible says, when Christ died and lived again, that took care of all sins committed, past, present and future, so that if a person accepts Him as his personal savior, all his sins are covered, and in His sight it is as if he has never sinned.

Why be sorry for someone when they die? If youre accepting Christianity then the person is likely better off. Should be ok to feel sorry for them if they arent heading up to paradise, but if they are why feel sorry?

thats depends, no its not a sin, I dont think. if they are older and ready to go, very sick, I am happy for them to be out of pain and in a better place. But I do feel sorry for the young who die for no good reason that I can see.

No.
Why should it be?
Being a Christian, you know that death does not mean stopping. So, ask yourself this question...Is it a sin to not feel sorry for someone when they walk out of the room into another room that you are not in yet?

My Mother is with God. Heaven rejoiced when she left her body. God allowed me to feel the happiness in heaven.
The only person I ever felt sorry for is me. And that's just being selfish.

Not sure what yuohave in mind. But when a Christian dies, s/he simply passes from physical to spiritual ETERNAL life. That's a reason for REJOICING.

No. I have had many enemies over the years. Some have died. I cheered when they died. They tried to make my life hell. I won, they lost.
