Good Volunteer activity to meet women (late HS/early College Aged)?

Yeah, I know its shallow and it should come from my heart and not have an ulterior motive.

but I heard its the best way to meet nice girls without getting church involved (No Offense.)

It is shallow, but yeah, to meet some nice girls with a heart for others, that is good thinking. Actually, pretty smart. Just please be the kind of young man they would expect to be meeting and not a jerk, ok. Your city chamber should have a list of these groups. Find a cause that would really interest you as a person. Girls are not stupid. They will know if you are being real or not, so find an organization that would really mean something to you. Then, when the young lady there sees THAT in you, you might have a real shot! Not a bad idea, even if I am an old grandmother! Just be real when you go there.

You're right, it's a great way to meet girls without church. There are so many charities: you have to look around to see which ones have the girls in the age range you're seeking. Look for projects that can be done in a day, like cleaning the local creek, where you can meet everyone and see if you like it. Oh, and most of the people there have multiple motives, including meeting others, so it's okay.

Hospitals, pet adoption shelters, youth programs, either physical or after school programs for homework..Salvation Army at Christmas time, food kitchens, Red Cross....etc..look in the yellow pages for volunteer organizations and your local newspaper for events and volunteers wanted.
