Push ups are a great full-body workout. You can widen your arm position to really work your chest. You can shorted your arm width to really work your triceps.
Try going to the top of a push-up (called the plank) and hold it there for two minutes, engaging your core (great ab and leg workout). For an additional challenge, lift one leg off the floor.
You could also do a handstand up against a wall and lower and lift your body (handstand push-ups).
Good luck!

No machines, possible. No equipment? What are you talking about? All I would recommend in that case is running.
For your workout, you need to use a stability ball and elastics. I had a trainer once who trained me using those after I injured myself too much to use weights in a gym. After physical therapy, she helped me gain enough strength to be able to go to a gym.
That inspired me to become a trainer.
