If you've only been married for 7 months, then he doesn't really have a permanent resident card, only a conditional resident card. This is assuming he got the card based on a petition you filed for him as his wife. He won't be eligible to adjust to permanent resident status until you've been married for 2 years. Inform your nearest USCIS office as soon as possible so he won't be able to do that. Then, it's up to USCIS to take any action against him through ICE for possible deportation, but I woundn't hold my breath waiting for that to happen any time soon, unfortunately.

Listen to George.

If he left you, I can't imagine why you WOULDN'T divorce him, but that is personal, once you let uscis know about the immigration fraud part. He may not be deported, but he'll find it tricky to get the new green card at the end of 2 years.

File for divorce and inform ICE that he used you to get a green card. If you know where he is living and working tell them that too. I'm not positive but I think that what he did is illegal and in today's environment they might actually do something for you.

You have to actually prove what your saying. If you call ICE they might question you why you married the guy if you received money etc.

Just get evidence against the guy and hire an attorney and get a divorce.
