Everyone that talks about Islam says that it is a religion of peace. However, everywhere you look you see evidence to the contrary. From the outside in, Islam looks like a religion that represses it's subjects, is horribly sexist and abusive toward women, and endorses the action that it is ok to kill some one who does not share your faith simply because they do not share your faith. There seems to be a major difference between what is preached and what is done. I can not help but draw a correlation to where Islam is now and where Christianity was back during the Crusades, when christians had that naughty little tendency to burn heretics at the stake. For Christianity it took internal (not external) revolts and reformation in order to come out of this period. Within the Muslim community, what is it going to take to make blowing oneself up in the middle of the town square, an option that is just no long accepted and even seen as immoral? Do Muslims need an Islamic Reformation?

Litsen, Bin laden is muslim but his ideas is not related by islam, there was some one who supposed to be muslim called, "Muhammed Abdul Wahab", he was very strict so he just made up ideas about killing innocent people from other religions and stick it up with islam, but islam didn't tell that, and American Media just want you to bellieve that muslims are terrorist to support the goverment in the war in Iraq and Afganistan and Bin Laden is an American Agent, you must read about islam from islamic sources not from american media...

Damn, that's a good question!!!! I think that every religion has it's right winged radicals. Even today, so called Christians are blowing up abortion clinics, and Olympic villages. There seems to be no shortage of violence when it comes to claiming God for themselves. I personally believe every religion basically boils down to the same principles, values, but you will always have some crazy zealot out there, with charisma and a voice that will have lost souls ready to follow them into hell for one split second of glory, followed by paying the families of the sacrificed, and turning them into celebrities and national heroes. It is all very confusing and extremely complicated. I think it will take an internal revolution and I think it will ironically come from the women. It may take a hundred years, but it will happen.

we need less meddling from the west to keep them from helping terrorists and criminals roam around and stop weakening stable countries and moderate governments that the west call their allies.
we also need less of neighbors like iran and hezbollah who help the freedom fighters who the amercians and brits aid in killing law enforcement officers and directly handle their organiztions to destabalize our countries.
we had peace and more safety before the west interfered and stregthened iran and hezbollah.
if you stop watching cnn , fox news and following any made up stories about all of our evil muslims you would see that we want and try to live a normal life if your governments would let us, and your media stops insulting us all the time.

In america more than 13000 people got killed each year by shooting.

We dont have this number if you exluded Iraq. Because before american invasion we didnt have such number.

Hoplessness makes people do anything.

Let your country leave the mulims alone and there wont be terrorism. All that happened since the USA put its nose in everything and turned the middle east to disgusting area to help Isreal and steal oil.

Muslims here agree that since the CIA created our "bad apples" its time they eat humble pie and deal with it ?

themselves.......

Cant blame Islam for Reagans policies.......

The CIA created Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban by printing books about Jihad or “struggle” against the evils of communism…. and then they blame Islam ?

President Reagan called the Mujahideen of Afghanistan the “Moral Equivalent of the Founding Fathers of America” ?

REAGAN ADMIRED THE TALIBAN / MUJAHIDEEN

At the height of the Afghan jihad, Ronald Reagan is said to have praised mujahideen madrassa students as "the moral equivalent of the Founding Fathers [of America]".

In 1985, President Ronald Reagan received a group of bearded men. They were very ferocious-looking men with turbans looking like they came from another century. President Reagan received them in the White House. After receiving them he spoke to the press. He pointed towards them, I'm sure some of you will recall that moment, and said, "These are the moral equivalent of America's founding fathers". These were the Afghan Mujahiddin. They were at the time, guns in hand, battling the Evil Empire. They were the moral equivalent of our founding fathers!

From the inside, Islam looks the same way, if people just open their eyes and look.

Good muslims are bad people.

Good people make bad muslims.

Osama bin Laden is following his Islamic scripture to the letter.

Billions of good people today are deceived into thinking that islam is good, and they do not know their own history or the true implications of the contents of the satanic cult of death that is Islam.
