I have tried Weight Watchers, watching my calories, exercising, and nothing seems to work.

Has anyone overcome this delimma, or know someone who has?

Anything I could do?

You can drive yourself crazy counting everything. Just avoid fat. Eat a low-fat diet. Fat is the enemy to anti-depressants. It pretty much destroys everything else in your body. Stay away from it like the evil it is.

You already have depression as your health problem. Don't make obesity another one. They feed off each other - each one makes the other worse. Fat people become depressed, depressed people become fat. The solution is weight loss or cardiovascular health and doctor's orders for overcoming the depression.

Come on.....If you follow the W.W. program it will work.
You may not like this answer but that's the way it goes I guess.
You must follow the program. It's just like a military boot camp. If you do what your told and do it right, in 13 weeks your are a professional soldier. Same thing with W.W.
Now get back to W.W. and follow, do , get with, the program and get better. If not ? Go see your doctor.
