Why do you think that anyone who is RELIGIOUS believes in Satan?

There are religions that do not include Satan or a Satan-analog....

Sorry to tell you this but origins point more to intelligent design. You are being mislead by those who change facts and observations to suite their own agenda. Evolution and natural selection have so many holes in their respective theories. Yet some almost claim evolution is a law!!! The FACT is neither evolution or creation can be proven because we were not there at the event(s) to observe and record them. The FACT that the universe HAS a beginning is an argument in favor of intelligent design.
The biggest folly is that evolutionists claim that creationists are Bible thumpers and do not use science. Law school students are taught when one is losing a case the only recovery option is to discredit the opposing testimonies. However, some of the smartest men who ever lived were creationists and scientists:

Albert Einstein said,
"Everyone who is seriously
involved in the pursuit of science becomes convinced
that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the Universe--
a spirit vastly superior to that of man, and one in
the face of which we with our modest powers must feel
humble."

Isaac Newton said, "This most beautiful system [The Universe] could only proceed from the dominion of an intelligent and powerful Being."

Rene' Descarte said,"I exist. I have in my mind the notion of a perfect being. An imperfect being, like myself, cannot think up the notion of a perfect being. Therefore the notion of a perfect being must have originated from the perfect being himself. A perfect being would not be perfect if it did not exist. Therefore a perfect being must exist"

Gottfried Leibniz said, "our universe is, in a restricted sense, the best possible one God could have made."

So to answer your question there does not exist an argument that can make me question my faith. Any arguments that make someone question their faith is meant to mislead the uninformed and uneducated. I hold 2 technology degrees and 1 engineering degree if you're wondering.
We creationists are scientists, engineers, doctors, lawyers, and business persons; not little old ladies ready to whack you on the head with their Bibles or religious fanatics. The stereotyping of creationists by evolutionists and atheists does not fool anyone who has an open mind and DOESN'T show intelligence on the part of these people. It does the opposite.

No I don't think that if a person disagree's or doesn't understand my beliefs is working with or for satan. I was born and raised Catholic, went to Catholic schools from K-12. There came a time I had to question what I had been taught. I am always open to new ways of thinking about living and how to be the person my God wants me to be. I don't question others' beliefs or push mine off on them. I don't argue about my beliefs, and most of all I don't tell everyone I meet what I believe and what I don't . I will say that I am not a religious person any longer, I am a spiritual person. Religion is man made, with many man made rules. It gives some strength to go to church on Sundays, but I personally don't need a church. God is with me wherever I am. I know what he wants, and that is for me to be the best person I can be with what was given to me. It isn' t that hard to figure out. Most sane people know the difference between right and wrong, if they would just use their moral compass and believe in HIM, through good times and bad, so calld satan, can't hurt you. This is only my opinion and I don't blast it to everyone I meet. I just wanted to share my feelings with you. Hope this helps. GYPSY

Nooooo. Not Satan. Just the curious. If you intentionally try to get someone riled about their religion or faith without making a point somewhere, then maybe, yes. However, everyday life can be a challenge to one's faith. I don't have the answers to back up everything I believe, but that is where my faith comes in... Everybody has their opinion about religion, whatever form it comes in. That is their right. The question would be... a point designed to make me think about what? If it's a point to make me think about changing what I believe? then I may reject it. See... your question is making me think already... but not about my beliefs.
Maybe your question is just "too out there" for me.

No, personally I consider any argument that challenges my faith to be someone who doesn't know God. Our faith is always being challenged. Nothing has ever come along that can beat it....in 2,000 years. I will reject any idea that contradicts the Bible because God is the final Authority.

i'm a Christ follower and that i've got not got faith there is one formula that brings you to faith. faith can not learn or compelled and concern does not paintings the two. some are keen to locate which means or purpose or locate somebody or some thing to blame for their strikes. some make up their own gods because of the fact God does act like they % him to act. God says there is in elementary terms one way into heaven and a few do not % to have faith that that could desire to be actual of their god so as that they make up a god that fits their % or desires. The bible is on occasion difficult because of the fact we don't comprehend the context, so we make up our own faith it is trouble-free to comprehend. some think of that custom will lead them to non secular not understanding or worrying why or what began the traditions. some do on no account come to faith, they only come to faith and that they suspect that faith is faith, yet the two at the instant are not the comparable. some human beings study and picture that there is not any god. Praying does not do lots for the single that doesn't already have self assurance because of the fact they don't understand the single that they pray to, they consistent with probability praying to the incorrect god. nevertheless searching for examples of religion in human beings are saved or flow to heaven based on grace and not deeds.

I'm not religious folk, but most organized religions teach their followers to avoid any doubt, debate or even education that challenges or questions their beliefs. Sounds like brainwashing to me! Most of us are taught to keep an open mind when learning something new, but many religious people don't. Some of these nuts think there's something wrong with Harry Potter and the Wizard of Oz! Not everything has to come down to whether or not it's the work of satan. We are the ones responsible for the great and for the evil things we do - not some spirit, god or force of nature.

I certainly don't. In fact, I had a lot of doubts myself before I became a Christian. I still don't have all the answers. The good news for me though is that I don't have to. In the Bible, God states that we know only a fraction of all there is to know and we will never know all He knows. That's comforting to me. I am sure that in the end, God will work everything out and justice (whatever it may be) will be done. Everyone has to travel their own path. I have enough trouble staying on my own, let alone holding someone else up, but I keep trying and I think that's what counts.

Well, I don't believe in Satan but...

Any argument that forces you to think deeply out your faith can only be a good thing. It makes you go and study so that you have something to retort back to the questioner. More study equals deeper understanding and knowledge. More understanding and knowledge equals a greater faith in your belief.

I am commanded to be ready to give an answer for the faith within me... No, I don't find it a work of Satan, I find it a work of man.. As a creation of God you deserve to have your questions answered. Then if you reject the Gospel you won't have anyone to blame other then yourself when God calls you to account.. IHS Jim

While Satan whispers lies to most everyone, I do not reject a challenge that makes me think. I know God has my back and will show me the truth. The challenge won't change my mind.
