If you're not an illegal immigrant, you can get officially signed to the United States, and you can get a social security and everything.

Contacting an attorney isn't such a bad idea. No need to sue you. However, maybe you should consider whether or not to sue your parents. While you were under 18, you were not legally responsible for your illegal presence here. But, now that your over 18, you are. Since you're now 20, you've been here illegally for over a year now, which means you are currently ineligible to get any sort of visa for t he next 10 years under Section 9B2 of the INA. And, on top of that, you wouldn't be able to adjust to some legal status while here in the US. You'd have to leave and apply for a waiver through USCIS, if you're eligible to apply for the waiver. So, go see an attorney, and good luck, and God bless.

That means you were 10 or 11 when you came here, so you were not in charge of your situation. Unfortunately, you are apparently an illegal immigrant, if I understand you right, and cannot be granted the rights of a legal immigrant, upright person though you may be. Your only hope is to return to your native land and get on the list. It may be that having a US education might give you a few extra points.

Lori K said it. You have atrocious writing skills. What grade did you say you were in? Top-ranked...in what exactly. Look kiddo, I'm sure that you did not come to this country on your own. If you parents had immigrated the legal way, then you wouldn't be having this problem. I truly feel bad for you, but you and yours have got to go.

No problem if you are a legal immigrant.
The problem lies if you are illegal. The only way you will be able to become anything in this country is for you to go back to your own country and apply to come here legally.
I am not for granting any kind of amnesty for anyone that broke our laws to be in my country.

The fact that you are a Junior in High School proves my point that public education is worthless, time for school vouchers so we can leave the illegals and gang banging ghetto stars to be near-do-wells as they so evidently strive to be, and let those kids that want to have a future get a proper education.

You need to talk to your parent/s who brought you here. The US has provided you with an education and most likely free or inexpensive health care at some point. It's time for you to leave, grasshopper.

There is no way that you have the writing skills necessary for college. If you are "top-ranked" in school, you ought to think about suing the school for depriving you of a sufficient education.
That said, if you are illegal, you really have no business in US schools.

If you were top in your class, your spelling and grammar wouldn't be so horrible. Besides, I thought that you had been here for 6 years and had been working/paying taxes. You were wanting the "Senate" to give you support.
You have been caught in some lies, dude!
