Nooooooo! I am 5'4 and weigh about 120 as well, I am 28 years old. I know that your BMI (Body mass index) is in a perfect zone. Of course, that only measures height vs. weight, and doesn't take into consideration muscle tone, but your weight is fine. You don't want to start wasting your life away dieting, just eat healthy and keep active..... don't listen to anyone who tells you you need to loose any weight

u are not overweight!!!!! u are just about right. u are fine just the way u are! thats good that u exercise..thats a great habit to be in...but u do not need to worry about your weight. u are fine.

i'm 5'3 so I know what i'm talking about, you should weigh between 115-140, you're fine, if you're really worried about it and need to see something real for yourself google "bmi" you enter your height and weight and it will tell you exactly what you should weigh. hope this helps.

no you are healthy weight if you feel like your big maybe exercise for 30 minutes a day to tone your body but do not diet if you feel you eat to much eat smaller portions but please dont go crazy and become anarexic

Technically you would be 5 pounds overweight but 5 pounds doesn't really matter. And if you're big boned, you're a thin weight. Don't worry.
