If they are plastic get the new Krylon plastic coating paint.
If rubber try some rubber paint; Anything else regular enamel paint should do the trick, but allow plenty of time for them to dry,. Do not use latex, because if your feet sweat, or it rains the paint will wash off. Ask for the paint at Wal Mart.

Well it depends, if they have fabric on them you know those kinds of sandles you should totally use fabric paint. Go to michales craft store or something like that im sure they have SOME kind of permanit paint.
