I will spare you the lecture you should be getting. Just imagine what I am thinking.. it isn't good.. That said, I have seen them take up to 5 and 6 hours in between. If she is not stressing, straining, pushing to no avail, then I would not worry yet. If she is calm and relaxed and taking a break then she is likely fine.
Many people rush off to the vets way to soon and many un-necessary c-sections are performed IMO. You have to know what red flags are and if you are not sure, call the vet and have your fat wallet ready to pay 2500.00 for a c-section. You do have that set aside for this don't you?
Anyway, if she is not under any distress then leave her be for awhile. Do not have a bunch of people in and out of the room because this can cause them to hold off. No strangers, no friends. no kids. Just you and her and quiet.
If you feel things need to move along quicker then take her to the vet. Not all dogs are the same and some litters take 2 hours and some 24. Spay her when this is over.

call a vet after a couple of hours. my dog had her 8 pups it took over 9 hours and 7 where born ,one right after another. the last took 1 hours to come, and he was two times the size of the others. If you have a small dog, call a vet as they usually have more problems whelping. My dog is a Lab, and it was her first litter. and don't feel bad everyone has to start somewhere ;)

If this is her first litter it could take a while, however I would be calling my vet to let him/her know that there may be a problem. Make sure to check her back end and see if there is puppy coming out. You may have to get a damp washcloth and gently pull the puppy out if mama can't do it. Is she still have contractions? does she seem to be alot of distress? You need to do something before you lose her along with the rest of the litter.

It can range from minutes to 2 hours between puppies, but generally you don't want it taking that long.
Call your vet, see what she recommends-- you have her on speed dial right? Since she knows about this litter already because you've been working in conjunction with her on your health testing and x-rays?

Try feeding her. She needs energy. Massage her spine, from the upper back to near her tail. It helps move things along.
I wouldn't worry. I've whelped from one in the morning to seven pm that day.
If she STILL has not birthed them all, I'd take her to the vet.

What time zone are you in? Its nearly 7 here (Central time).
If your dog is having trouble, you should wait no more than 1 hour between pups. Get her to the vet.

No more than 3 hours between pups. Call your vet now and allert him/her so that he can be ready incase of an emergency c-section.
You really should have been more prepaired than to come here and ask.
